3. If copy, delete TimeStamp column.

4. Form/Create Form. Change text box value under title. Save.

5. Form/Go to live form. View page source. Form::Action holds sgm update formkey.

6. Must share at least to view with everyone.

7. Share/publish as web page. Share/Get the link to share - this is the source key for data download.
